Stretching Out At the Mayan temple

Stretching Out At the Mayan temple

Fantasy Faire 2012 started with a bang, literally.  Before it had opened it had already raised over 1 Million L$.  That is the power of Relay for Life and the reason that so much time is taken to put together this fair.  It’s all for a great cause and every donation counts.

Lourdes and I are covering Fantasy Faire 2012 as we did last year and we are cross-linking to our blogs.  You can see her Fantasy Faire blog post here.  There are so many great items available that you might go broke halfway through the 9 different sims.  Yes, the items are that good and I’m here to highlight just a few of them.

I’m wearing the cursed fire skin and the cursed elemental eyes from Covenant.  They came out with not only a line of men’s skins but also women’s skins in five different shades.  The black ebony, dusk blue, and cursed fire skins are donation items.  They also have skins in gloom green and mud brown. Each skin pack comes with five different variations, hair bases, two sets of eyes and a shape.  I’m also showing off a well detailed weapon called The Hands of Fate from Covenant.  This weapon is their favorite and I can see why.  Their attention to detail is simply amazing.  These statuettes are strapped to the arm to deliver very powerful punches and they are compatible with most game systems such as CCS, DCS,  XRPS, RPS. META, and URA.

The outfit I’m wearing is the House of RFyre ADOM for men which is not a donation item but will be available at the fair.  This spiked leather outfit includes the tunic which shows off your chest and the pants.  Included are wrist bands, a spiked shoulder guard, and a spiked cod piece to accentuate your outfit further.  This is another great outfit from RFyre, a longtime designer of men’s and women’s Gothic and role play clothing.  I added the Lapointe & Bastchild biker boots to top off the outfit.

Finally, my hair comes from Wasabi Pills and its a new mesh release called Teelo.  Teelo comes with a large variety of hair colors and nine different shaved hairbases.  Wasabi Pills was at Fantasy Faire 2011 and it is there where I found out about this wonderful store.  They have been releasing a steady stream of regular and mesh hairstyles in all sorts of colors over the last year and they keep getting better and more innovative.
